The Code
This is not a terms and conditions. This is the behavior. This is the oath. This is the thing you say before you open the reference or run the method. You do not need to have read The Way. You do not need to have opened the Codex. You need to be in the chair. You need to be in the Tuesday.
If you are, this is yours.
I. ON THE WORK
You regulate. You do not fight. Put the sword down. Pick up the fork. The disease is not the enemy. The disease is the spouse. You do not fight a spouse. You tend a spouse.
You do not win. You run. Running implies a daily act, repeated, in the dark, when nobody is watching.
The medication is a tool that wins. You do not replace it. You do not skip it because the supplement is "working better." You work in the gap. You do not pick a side.
You track. You do not guess. The feeling is not the data. You write it down.
One variable. One front. One week. You do not double up. You do not change the ward and the wound in the same week. The null is a data point. You note it. You move.
II. ON THE HOURS
The hours are the honor. You do not skip the 5:30. You do not skip the 4:00. You do not skip the 8:00. You do not do a "light version." You do them. Every day. The day is not yours until the 5:30 is done.
You do not do the day before the day. No phone. No coffee. No scroll. You name the day. You ward the day. You step into the day.
You do not do the second episode after 8:00. The boundary is the boundary.
You do not perform the miss. You do the next one. The body needs you to do the next one.
III. ON THE LINE
The Line is the floor. You do not wait and see. You do not "it will probably be fine." You go. Now.
You do not do the deep work in a flare. You simplify. You do the two minutes. You do the Water. You do the Food. You do the Sleep. You let the medical team do the medical thing.
IV. ON THE COVEN
You do not perform the illness. You do not make it a badge. A costume. A vibe. The disease is in the room. The disease is not the room.
You do not hide the illness. If you are in a flare, you say it. You do not owe a performance. You owe a witness.
You do not compare. You do not gatekeep. We are in different seasons of the same marriage.
You do not owe a diagnosis to pull up a chair. The Sero is in the blood. The lab does not get to read you. The body does. The Coven does.
You do not owe the white coat the method. You owe them the compound. The dose. The hour. The rest is yours.
You do not trust the guru. You do not trust the TikTok. You trust the research. You trust the body. You trust the tracking.
You do not feral. You do not put poison on your skin. You do not drink the alcohol when the Codex says the tag. You put your hands down. You log it. You regulate.
The Coven corrects. It does not mock. The Coven rejects the Munchie. Not at you. At the thing you are doing.
V. ON THE MASTER
You are detached from the cure. You are in the dark. The dark is your home. The Tuesday is the Tuesday. The regulation is the point.
You think lightly of yourself and deeply of the lupus. The ego gets a small chair. The lupus gets the head of the table.
You do not abandon the body. You preserve the honor. The hours are the honor. You keep them.
You do not do the hard part alone. You do not knock because you are weak. You knock because the house has more rooms than you know.
The Master is you. Not the Coven. Not the doctor. Not the guru. The wheel is yours. You turn it. You do not hand it to anyone.
This is the code. You do not need to agree with all of it. You need to agree with the hours. You need to agree with the Line. You need to agree with the one variable. The rest, you walk into.
What this costs: the groceries. The phone bill. The Sero in the parking lot who eats the plate because someone set it.
What this does not cost: a list. A gate. A subscription. A "join our community" pop-up. You are here. You are in.
As above so below.
