Coaching for People Living With Lupus

Living with lupus requires learning how to manage energy, inflammation, recovery, and stress in a body that behaves differently from most.

I have lived with systemic lupus since 2006. Over the past twenty years I have experimented with nutrition, movement, sleep, hormone balance, nervous system regulation, and recovery protocols to stabilize my own disease.

The methods I teach are built from:

• two decades living with lupus
• extensive personal experimentation
• the frameworks documented in The Lupus Codex and The Dharma of Chronic Illness and 21 Principles of the Lupus Warrior
• ongoing education in health, fitness, and chronic illness management

This coaching is not medical treatment.
It is structured guidance for living better with chronic illness.

WHO THIS COACHING IS FOR

This work is for people living with lupus who want to take an active role in stabilizing their lives.

People who join this coaching are usually looking for:

• structure instead of chaos
• discipline instead of helplessness
• practical systems for living with chronic illness
• guidance from someone who has lived with lupus for decades

Most members are people who are tired of being told to simply “rest more” or “accept suffering” and want to build daily routines that support healing, strength, and stability.

If you want to build systems that work with your body instead of fighting it, you will likely benefit from this work.

WHO THIS COACHING IS NOT FOR!
A woman sitting on a gray couch, wrapped in a blanket, is holding tissues to her face and appears to be sick. There are medicine bottles on a wooden table in front of her.

“This coaching is not for everyone.

It may not be a good fit if you are looking for:

• a medical diagnosis
• a replacement for your doctor
• guaranteed cures
• miracle supplements
• passive solutions where someone else fixes your life

Living with lupus requires patience, experimentation, and personal responsibility.

This coaching supports that process, but you must be willing to participate in the work.

— Adam

A Note on Medical Care

This coaching is designed to work alongside your healthcare team, not replace it.

Rheumatologists, endocrinologists, and other medical professionals play an essential role in managing autoimmune disease.

The goal of this coaching is to help you improve the daily lifestyle factors that medicine alone often cannot solve, including:

• energy management
• sleep stabilization
• stress regulation
• movement and recovery
• inflammation-supportive habits

Always consult your physician before implementing any major lifestyle or supplement changes.

Important Disclaimer

  • It does not replace medical care and does not involve diagnosing conditions, prescribing medications, or altering medical treatment plans.

  • All protocols and lifestyle strategies should be discussed with your physician or healthcare team before implementation.
