Rather than navigating chronic illness alone, members of the circle meet regularly to explore lifestyle frameworks, share experience, and develop disciplined routines that support long-term stability.

• energy pacing and fatigue management

• movement for autoimmune bodies
• habit building and daily structure

The goal of the Coven Circle is not perfection.
